At Prime 16, we saw a need in downtown New Haven for a place to go where you could get a great burger and beer. That's exactly what we did - offer quality food at reasonable prices in a unique and comfortable enviroment. Our Menu is all about the burger, from the N.Y. Steakhouse burger to the Wasabi Glazed Salmon burger. Our beef is specially sourced from a small network of 250 ranches where all of the cattle have been raised humanely and naturally fed - free of both hormones and steroids. This results in a better beef flavor. You will definately taste the difference.
